  Thirteen years ago, my life unraveled. I was a homeschooling mom suddenly facing divorce, depression, financial uncertainty, and the fear of starting over. The stress was overwhelming, but step by step, I learned how to face my fears, rebuild, and create a life filled with peace and confidence. Today, as a Certified Stress Management and Relationship Recovery Coach, I help women break free from toxic relationships and the emotional wounds they leave behind. Through coaching, speaking, and even comedy, I guide women to discover what’s causing their stress, reduce its impact, and create room for joy. 

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a stress free and joyful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients  DISCOVER what is causing your stress, REDUCE the mental and physical effects of the stress and CREATE room for more peace and joy. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
